1. Service Agreement

By booking or using JoroCars services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. JoroCars provides professional car maintenance, repair, and servicing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally own or have authority to authorize service on the vehicle in question.

3. Service Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings must be made through our official channels
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice for refunds
• No-shows forfeit 50% of service fees

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online transfers. Invoices are issued automatically.

5. Liability & Warranties

JoroCars warrants all work for 30 days from completion. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or personal injury. Vehicles are left at owner's risk.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) only for service purposes. Your data is protected under Malaysian data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All JoroCars content, logos, and materials are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

JoroCars liability shall not exceed the service fee paid. We exclude liability for consequential or incidental damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
